Sure did, Happened to me last week. I was stupid enough to follow the link and enter my info. I realized there was a problem when I cliked on the help link and it was no good. I immediately logged into paypal through regular site and saw they had a warning. I removed all sensitive info. and cancelled account. The link in the email looks real, but when you click it it goes to a non paypal site. I had same thing for Ebay as well... I reported them, hope they catch the bastards.
