No problem. In a nutshell, there were delays associated with the holiday season and international travel. They PR'd all this info.

Anticipation is that the filing will be completed in short time. The pps will reflect this growing anticipation and the announcement of the completion of filing, an update of the Nevada SOS site and contract PR's will send this stock to the moon!!!
