02:28 AUD/USD: Bounces Off Of 0.8700, But Still Heavy Sydney, January 18: The AUD/USD has bounced from minor support at 0.8700, but it remains heavy with talk of more stops below 0.8700 and 0.8680. Traders say that the selling has come in waves and much of it has been against the JPY as the market continues to liquidate JPY-funded carry trades. Hourly resistance is found between 0.8750/60 and traders say that sellers are lined up in that window to take advantage of any retracement. The AUD/USD trades 0.8715/20.
