The Authorize (A/S) is 3.95 Billion....
That's far away from reaching the total Authorize @ 2.825 Billion current Outstanding (O/S). No worries there.

The only negative I have found on this company is the impending Reverse Split (R/S). If the company announces it's plan to cancel the R/S, GSPG would gain so much more supporters and investors IMO. Still remains a strong possibility IMO. Never say never.
