Yes in deed it makes a lot of sense. This my friends is what I have been saying is going on here. It is the only thing that makes any sense. Rational people do not sell a stock like this at these prices other than someone who got them at deep discount wanting to monetize (not even shorts with the possibilities here). Now this is what happens when a company uses deeply discounted stock as capital. This could go on for some time although at some point fundamentals will over come this when and if we see them.

I have no issue with what is occurring here, there was little choice when management did this. I just don't want to see anymore at these prices.
