'bigcoinman2002' , I think you are using too small of a number in your calculations regarding issued shares. 75 or 80M outstanding shares is my wild azz guess. And as that goes up, the dream share prices are harder to reach. With enough outstanding shrares, it will never be reached, IMO, regardless of the assets they acquire. I doubt this will ever be a 250M + market cap company.
Sometimes it's a semantics thing when talking to management. They may not be the one selling the shares we're buying right now but it doesn't mean they haven't been actively using the shares in deals. So when they are asked if they are selling shares into the market, the answer is "no". Of course they could turn around that very day and trade a few million shares for a lease, for services, for whatever and they still wouldn't be lying about selling them into the market.
