My guess is that Pink Sheet investors will happily buy up the restricted shares and then go to the message boards to discuss the bright prospects of the company...and "what does this restricted thing mean, anyway?" The latter will be good for hundreds of informative posts, most of them dead wrong, about restricted stock. But it will be decided that the restriction doesn't "really" matter anyway.
