LOL Golddigger...please sell. Going on and on about it doesn't change the timing. It is what it is...unless you are Bill Clinton!

Seriously, the company has stated in a PR no structural change at this time. Also, they showed good faith reducing the A/S from 4 Bil to 1 Bil. They did file an amendment with NV for this reduction.
