If you had looked at the prior monthly reports, this amount has been in there and they are still turning a profit. I do not think the "professional fees" is just lawyer fees. If anyone has more knowledge please step in. I notice almost all companies have a professional fee line item in their reports. I am more impressed with the revenues/profits with the fees included in there. Without the fees we are talking operating profits of close to $70 million!
Also it's better they have been writing these off instead of keeping these fees on the books. I think they will get certain fees back from GE Capital since they won the arbitrage case against them. There are also alot of other items in these reports that I do not understand in full. All I know is the company seems to be turning a profit and is in the process of coming out of BK shortly.
