Gand, another question to ask yourself is why would they even bother with this geological survey and have an outstanding bill due of $41,000 plus the downpayment IF THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY SITE (KRONG) WORTH VALUE. Think on both ends before presenting only 1/2 of the equation.
