You'll never guess, but I have a question? Apparently SeaHavn isn't SeaHavn, it's actually Rusoil. I suppose that's not a big deal, but I'm a little confused about this next part. In April 2007, when they announced the name change to Rusoil, they also said the a new ticker symbol and CUSIP would be aquired shortly. So, it is now January 2008 and the same CUSIP and ticker symbol as before is being used. Not only that, but now Mina Mar is saying they applied for a new CUIP and ticker symbols as well. Is it possible to apply for such a change when the previous request has never been fulfilled? It just seems like there are several CUSIP and ticker symbol change requests floating around. You have Mina Mar, GVHL and EFGO all with pending requests. Apparently, Mina Mar is not aware that SeaHavn is now Rusoil. I wonder if the name change, CUSIP and new ticker request were part of the restructuring of the company. I kind of hope not because that would mean Mina Mar was aware of the change and yet still calls it SeaHavn. Also, I looked it up at the Nevada SOS because the PR says a Nevada corporation. I get nothing when searching for the entity SeaHavn or Rusoil, but that was to be expected if the new name is now Mina Mar International. What was unexpected was that looking at the historical officers, I would expect to see James Wexler listed. He was the CEO of SeaHAVN, so if Mina Mar Inernational is a combination of SeaHAVN and Rusoil, then Mr. Wexler should be on record I would think. When I search for James Wexler, I get some other company called DIAGNOSTIC INTERNATIONAL, INC. http://www.hotstocked.com/news/seahavn-corp-SVNR-5242136.html
