Monte, most new shareholders are not familiar with this situation. Do you have a link for the SEC report that breaks it down? Im going to look for it too.

FUGO, along with several other thinly traded stocks were tatrgeted by a manipulation scheme. all spelled out in the SEC complaint. FUGO was a victim in this scheme.
