If the number is correct (I think it is)..
Then Alan may have pulled off a major victory. Tells me that most of us own naked short shares. If he can prove that, it will be interesting to see what happens. Has to be good for us since regulators can't just go and sweep our shares under the rug. We paid for them through the legal process and there have to be laws protecting us in our purchase. If not, our whole economic system will collapse IMO since delivery of product is a major part of our economic system.
