Perhaps the change in philosphy relates to further delays anticipated by Cal in closing one of the larger deals coupled with the desire to get some money in the till before FASC exhausts it abilty to issue more shares to fund operations.

I am just glad to see a machine get sold even at a discounted price. The exposure to the market place will be invaluable.
