***OT*** Interesting paper, but I did the same experiment some 35 years ago, and got quite different results, and not such garbage (he probably did not use four points probe, and his "soldering" probably stinks as well, so all he measures are variations of contact resistance (random), not variations in Ge conductivity). Mind you sloppy work shows in data presentation, he does not even state if R-0 is that of the highest or lowest temperature taken (g). Not a good candidate to do "sophisticated work" on cursons, excursons and anticursons, he'll probably forget to put the "curse" on his experimental setup.
