juanly I see you are in Virginia.I lived up there for 5
years.If you live in Va,it is easy to understand,how you could get confused on state and local taxes.Va isn't a state.It is a commonwealth.All the cities are counties.You have to have a city sticker on your car and boat.You pay for it in the city/county office.
