Bear, a bit of caution of bulls should be noticed in the $relative strength sell signal that has been given in march on this pnf chart. It has broken below a large base that has held every dip since june of last year. Of course this also could turn into one big bear trap if it reverses back up immediately without making further lows. I doubt it so far though. Dow is close to same situation, so it pays to be cautious here both ways maybe.
