goodbug, here's another view. This is from the "Daily Report" that X_DEV generates when you press the "Report" button on the lab page. Note that price only closed under $38.53 once(on 3/11). The 2/5 close wouldn't count because that was the day X_DEV bought the shares at $38.53. The daily report shows 2/4, but that is the recommendation price for 2/5, not the actual buy date.
