Reverse Split Round Up Share Plays

I see no where that it says that. what it means it that if you have 100 shares you would be rounded out to a fraction since th split is for 150 - 1. they will round up your fraction share to 1 share not 100.

1 share of new stock for 150 shares of old stock.
fractional share will be rounded up to 1 share.

you should have included this statement, which does show the round up.

No stockholder’s percentage ownership of common stock will be altered except to the extent that any holder of common stock who would otherwise be entitled to a fractional share of new common stock as a result of the reverse stock split receives one share of the common stock when rounding up and any stockholder who owns 99 or fewer common shares as a result of the reverse stock split will have the number of new shares to which they are entitled rounded up to 100 shares.
