The pps was down cause people selling their shares as soon as they got them in their account, without waiting 2 minutes to find out what Dvar was about. And, as it turns out, The share structure is much better than anyone here thought, so yes, they should have held their shares and not tanked the pps, MM's are more than happy to buy back cheap shares. The next piece of the puzzle will be revs and profit. And I agree if those are not good, then sell, but selling something before you know what you bought doesn't make sense. And most likely those people are selling for a loss.
