Reverse Split Round Up Share Plays

Is why--despite what some others are saying--I believe we *should* press and get this BS cleared up. I *do* understand why some don't want to "rock the boat." I, too, enjoyed the days when these were little-known plays, but as posted before, even the skinhead-traders are onto these. AND we simply can't allow such disparity, eg, when SWNE/MCII gets taken to the woodshed and NASD/FINRA forces to follow the filings and ex-date while some others loophole around and come up with this "particiapant-level" hoo-hah. If we can't trust public filings and/or the dailylist...what's the point?
