Worst JPM slide (IMO):
Why is this slide so bad?
Because the distinctions between Surgery Candidates,
Surgery Considerers, and Active Surgery Considerers
are utterly artificial (in more ways than one
).
In other words, this is a case where the idea
for the graphic came first and the data categories
were concocted in order to fit the idea.
