They are labeling you as a pattern day trader now? Yikes. What brokerage? Call them and tell them you were completely ignorant of the rules and that you do not want to be labeled as a pattern day trader. One time and one time only they can let you off of the hook and restore you back to regular trading status after they talk to you about round trips and make sure that you understand the consequences.
