Lycus, I am not sure just what DD is required by a prospective board member. Beyond the SEC paperwork and what
Brad tells them, I am not sure what they use. Now, if Brad
tells him that we aren't there yet, have really accomplished
nothing saleable, then most DD will only confirm that.
There are many longs here that feel they have done extensive
DD and they certainly came to a different conclusion than I did.
The long and short of it, though, is that I don't know the
requirements, or how they are achieved.
