HI RTS:

Both the comp and nyse bp's are in a bottom area but they can still go lower (i remember the nyse going below 20 and its @ 30). I guess it all depends on how bad the consumer is tapped out on credit. Still expect financials to perform poorly and gold / oil / commodity to outperform.

The naz looks like its completed its bounce but the NYSE has more room.
