We who held PRRM in late 2004 were issued this dividend and were issued it at the same time. It became 2 years old in my account in aproximately december 2006 or january 2007.

I believe you are confusing the cert date on that form with something else. It definately has nothing to do with when those certs were given to you.

This is a very simple process to redeem your certificate. Call the transfer agent and he will tell you what to do. I can't make it any simpler than what I put in the ibox. All's you have to do is exactly what I did.
