It's against the TOU on IHUB to spam and when people are caught spamming they are thrown in jail or given the boot.

If that's the case, how can IHUB condone the fact that we are getting spam mail in our mailbox more and more often?

One solution given was to opt out or I guess you could say "block".

Why isn't that the solution here with spammers?

IMO you can't have it both ways. If you don't want people spamming the boards, you also shouldn't allow for IHUB to spam our mailboxes.

This was one of the main reasons I regretted signing up on ADVFN's website.
