Remember that you raised the issue of exchange rates a while ago when I noted that I’d been expecting a price of “only” $15,000. I wouldn’t yet leap to the conclusion that the UK price will prevail everywhere.

Another possibility that we haven’t considered is that Leo may offer rebates relative to the list price. I don’t know enough about drug pricing in the UK to say how often this occurs.
