Why did GTCB management indicate late 2007 expected revenues from a partnership if they didn't feel the deal was close to being done prior to data being released? Wasn't that premature on their part? Should we buy at $0.80 or wait for $0.70?

GTCB thought the data would be in in Q4.

The real question is should you buy before the news or after the news? Very attractive risk/reward ratio at current prices prior to data/partnership announcement long term. Short term the markets are bearish, which may or may not impact GTCB.
