Randy J. LaBelle Vice President, Business Development – Midwest Region. Randy has over 20 years of lending experience in the asset-based industry. Most recently, Randy was a Senior Marketing Officer for the asset based division of MB Financial Bank. Prior to MB Financial, he was Manager of the Chicago office for Comerica Business Credit. Randy has held senior business development positions as well as portfolio management positions for a variety of lending institutions. He has been involved in closing over 125 transactions, and has financed companies in a variety of industry sectors, including manufacturing, distribution and retail. His extensive experience as a lender makes him uniquely qualified to understand the needs and requirements of most lending institutions. Randy graduated from North Central College with a B.A. in Economics.
