GREAT NEWS! Conversation with Andrea Cortellazzi at ProActive Computer Services Inc.: As some of you have read my posts and I brought up points that needed addressing. I reached Andrea about 10AM Eastern time. What follows are some of the highlights of my conversation with him.

ProActive Computer Services Inc. will become CortDev Inc. As most know this usually means a rise in a company’s stock price when this happens. THIS CAN HAPPEN AT ANYTIME! This is a done deal and absolutely there are NO problems here.

There will be a press release today or at the latest Monday and another to follow in the same week (the third week of March). There was a problem with the website domain name and that is what is holding up other GREAT NEWS. It seems that a person had pick up the domain name minutes before ProActive Computer Services and wanted $50,000.00 for it. The name of the domain is a combination of words from Latin meaning fingerprint. Andrea said he now has that worked out.

I can feel for him as I had the same thing happen to me, but I had to pay $500.00 for my domain name that is now a registered trademark (www.policetech.com). I am posting this information so anyone can see that I am being honest and up front about my posts on this board.

Back to before ProActive Computer Services: The website may be up and running today or next week. At the current time Andrea is talking to another company about adding a swipe card to the system. I sincerely hope that anyone who reads this post realizes what this technology means. You could remove the old key lock from your home and install a fingerprint/swipe card lock! THROW THOSE KEYS AWAY! Heck, you could program when a person could enter and leave. THIS IS A GREAT IDEA. I would change my locks in a second for such a setup.

The business venture in Canada is right on track and Andrea is sees this as a long standing profitable business venture.

I asked about the 10 shares for 1000 shares currently owned and Andrea said, “If those Raging Bull idiots (yes, he said idiots) complain about that, they are out of their minds.” Andrea went on to explain that is a benefit of owning PAVP stock and something he wanted to do to help the current investors. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT ANY CURENT PAVP POSTION THAT ANY PERSON OWNS, NOR WILL IT. IF SIMPLY MEANS YOU GET FREE STOCK IN ANOTHER COMPANY BESIDES WHAT YOU CURRENTLY OWN! YOU GOT TO GIVE THE GUY THIS ONE!

I asked Andrea if he were on the outside looking in, “Would you invest in the company?” As I finished the question, Andrea laughed, he said you have no idea just how much I have personally invested, and yes I would invest if I were on the outside. He also gave me and other investors some advice and it is as follows:

STOP LISTENING TO RAGING BULL! Andrea said there are some who are posting messages without thought or merit! Andrea said it best, “IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET NOW, IT WILL BE A PROFITABLE RETURN.”
