I was going through my stock slips for tax purposes and came across a cert for 5500 shares of Big Apple that I'd forgotten about. I have no idea where they came from or if they are salable. The cert is dated 08/04/2006. I don't see any restrictions. Hey I'll take the $3575 if I can. Anyone know any more about this? Thanks.

I just noticed that my broker sent the cert to me as they don't accept restricted securities. But I don't see any restriction on the cert.
Ooops just noticed on the back that it's a 144 restricted.
