You need to disable "friendly" http error messages in your browser. It won't fix the problem, but will let your browser display output that'll be helpful in nailing down the source of the problem.

Matt told me yesterday that he was going to bounce the webserver last night just for good measure and asked if he should bounce the db server and I told him not to. I guess I should've had him do it.
