It's easy enough to look up. The preferreds are outstanding, and thus contribute to the market cap. Take however many there are, figure the ones paying 12% are worth more than the others, multiply it out and add it to the value of the common, and you'll get your market cap. Maybe they're only worth a buck each on average: 6 million bucks. Maybe more, or less, but whatever it is, you have to add it to the value of the common outstanding to get the market cap.
