What was interesting with that date it was 2 days post what the turnips forecasted as a major local bottom (they had 9/16/01 see #reply-16318048, that was the new "coalescence" model where a double bottom in August and October was called to coalesce 9/14 to 9/16) before the 02 Grand Nassacre were to occur. Of course the market was closed for four days and when it opened that day, I had to take a lot of heat from some threadsters for claiming the decline will end by the end of the week ( #reply-16387737). I think we have the same scenario here. Here is what I wrote on 9/27, when we the market was already gett9ng off the mat to West who was still waiting for a continuation of the decline on 9/27/01 #reply-16424755. In my opinion, now is not the time to panic, yes, if some of your positions reach stops, get out and if you still like them, wait a little for a better price, but wholesale selling, I believe is premature.
