I can not speak for Don however I think this is a good level to buy. I don't think .008 are out of the question with the way things look but I wouldn't want to try to be to cute and buy at the exact bottom. If you can do it thats great. But if you end up chasing it up as some would do then what did you really gain from buying at .02 as compaired to .01
