they're too lazy to even update their own website when they are trumpeting that they've ditched big apple.

kind of funny. wouldn't you think getting rid of all printed references would be the FIRST thing they did?

still 3 offers at $.0001. maybe the company needs some money to pay the filing fees to update their new authorized share count.
