WNBD T/A is Gagged. There is absolutely no way you can say for a fact there is no dilution. By not knowing the outstanding share count there is no way of knowing what the current float is. What we do know is the authorized is: Authorized Shares 5,000,000,000 as of Oct 11, 2007 [5 BILLION]
Why does a company gag it's Transfer Agent? Answer: Because they don't want existing or future shareholders to know the current and ongoing history of their share count.
Wouldn't this help in deciding whether or not the company is planning another reverse split / ticker change like they did on 11/9/2005 GETT Global e Tutor Inc. Common Stock WNBD Winning Brands Corporation Common Stock 1-200 R/S **
Answer: Of course it would. Dilution rates and existing outstanding share counts have a direct link to current PPS and whether or not the company may be planning another R/S.
Why would a company have such a high authorized A/S 5 Billion if they didn't plan on issuing those shares?
