OCCX was an old pincher. Accumulation is ugly sitting at very bottom, so not that many investors are interested in it? CMF is terrible. Only good sign is that ADX is about to cross and RSI 5/2 both crossed 30. It met resistance at the 20ma on Friday. It has been on a downward spiral and I am not sure what will help it to break the downtrend (only if it can break above 20MA and stay above it).
