Actually, I'm very upset with the performance of this stock. It was my best moneymaker 2007. Fortunately, I got out right on time after making 400% profit back in March. Then, I played it in&out buying every time on deeps. Have been caught just once…
I don’t know what to say right now. On the one hand, it looks way underevaluated taking into account the current market cap vs. $24M revenue. On the other hand, heavy dilution keeps killing the pps and there is no evidence the dilution is over. The company experiences very serious financial problems due to unreasonable business expansion.
As for the price dynamics, just take a look at the chart – everything is there. Every time they give the stock couple of day rest to see considerable bids built up to start dumping over.
Overall, the history of this stock is just another evidence how a PhD idiot may drive a VERY good company to the ground. It looks to me very similar to ACMG and EFFC stories.
My rule is NEVER EVER invest in a company where the CEO is a PhD. He/She could be the best scientist in the world, but the worst businessman. So, let’s trade it to make some quick bucks.
