answer: how many do forget about experiments with hydrogen and nuclear apparatus in open desert and underground explosions? imagine how earth plates shift during these test.

so imho this is the real cause for weather changes.
did you know weatherman john coleman from chicago,il. started the weather channel? he did it but did data for weather dials. i did see where it is up for sale now. coleman lives in california now.
