No I am not insane...

BRGE put a nice stamp on ARSC at the end of the day. Yes, they sit on the bid at .028 but I am fairly certain that is only 5000 shares. They have sold for two years and have bought almost nothing.

If they continue on the ASK at .03 next week, then you will get to buy at .02 soon.

Keep averaging down. I am sure certification will be a "sure thing" soon.
