Amen...and a beat up and tired Brunell was back there in 05. I admire him for everything he's done, but TC is running this offense like nobody's business. And he should - he knows it better than anyone - but his checkdowns are smart, his timing his great, and that long ball to Santana last week was right in stride. How many wide open Santanas have we seen JC overthrow? Lots.

Brunell said recently, "Everyone knows we'd still be going to Seattle even if JC wasn't hurt." Now I don't know if I agree with that, but it's a heck of a thing to say and speaks volumes about Brunell's character.

That is sweet about the kid hanging out with CP! We might need to hook up next year for a game - I'll bring my jerseys and pens lol.
