For what it's worth, I actually called and left a message to the CEO and he returned my call. He told me that the reason for the price is Convertible Debentures being sold. Outstanding shares is roughly 40 million now with the addition of these CD's. I am in this one at .0019. We just have to wait for DOMS to finish his selling. They should almost be done with their selling. MM's will run this one soon to unload their inventories, just be patient.
