So just to recap your post. Dovarri's CEO bought a sleepy little software company in 2000. He then spent 4 years of time and money re-designing, upgrading and perfecting the software. He then put it back on the market and landed HP and administaff as partners with the new and improved product. Now right as their business is really taking off they are going public via a reverse merger with GSNH.
