ibox is wrong, float is more like 640,000,000, OS more like 750,000,000 ...someone posted it over the holiday with TA info too. Also seen that # before, still sounds right. They added about 150,000,000 at a time a couple times since early summer.
But it gets bought up quickly and then moves. News could still really catapult this. A few buys lined up of a few $K each should move it to .0008 no problem. You got to hit for 10,000,000 share buys, still not enough buyers for the 1,000,000 share orders to send it flying. RSI is too maxed for that.
