Ok, I'll comment on that. Back when the GL deal was initially reported, I was VERY happy. Not because of profit margins and growth rates, but because it meant bye bye EFGO managment. Then, we find out about Mina Mar and it didn't take long to realize managment wasn't changing, just the name. So, Mina Mar set up the SPC. It is a little hard to understand, but going back to the original Chinese PR they mentioned "Milo" and Xu being the head of Asia Pacific. I'll have to go to the original PR posted here to see what was said exactly. Anyway, the point is that if the SPC bought GL, then the old original CHNW managment just bought the house. Then EFGO bought the SPC. So, no I don't thing managment has changed at all. We might have a new lead singer but the rest of the band and producers are all the same.
