i dont disagree with you, but the people who are most active at the grass roots level are the ones that attend the functions in play in iowa and other primary locations.... joan and john republican who live on oak street may not be happy with the current state of affairs in their party and may even be considering voting for a dem, but theyre probably not part of the grass roots people who employ the practices i noted...as weve noted on this board, the evangelical base is very active at the grass roots level... they have a candidate.. huckabbee
