darrengus. This transaction was complicated... US, China and provincial laws had to be met. Much more complicated than the typical transaction where only one country is involved. Because of that, it seems logical that plans may have changed to meet requirement. Also, additional clarification should be forthcoming I would think. It seems to me that today's pr gave us completion of one required step. Hopefully, the rest will follow as planned.
