so people buying this thinking they are getting Esprit Financial Group Inc are getting Monarc stock? The company is the same but do they not have to do a NAME CHANGE ???



increase of 3 Billion, why?

what is it for?

where is the deal - done with everything i.e. those other companies and so on ??
